Sentinel is a Tennessee-based, AHRQ-listed Patient Safety Organization dedicated exclusively to advancing patient safety within jails, prisons, and juvenile facilities. As an AHRQ-listed Patient Safety Organization, Sentinel operates under federal privilege and confidentiality protections designed to support learning and system improvement in healthcare settings. This framework allows participating facilities to examine events, contributing factors, and processes in a legally protected environment.
